THE WORK: Explore opportunities to build knowledge and support the group while engaging in problem solving discussions. This role will involve working closely with Microsoft 365 technologies to enhance collaboration and productivity. Process client information related to banking and loan documentation with attention to compliance and accuracy. Assist in setting up new accounts and guide clients through the onboarding process with care and clarity. Maintain and update existing accounts across various banking products, including retail and commercial lending, bank accounts, and card services. Support efforts to foster strong client relationships and promote client satisfaction through effective communication and service. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Beginner proficiency in Microsoft 365. It is advantageous to have prior experience in relevant related skills. Non-Degree Program in relevant field of studies. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Beginner proficiency in customer service.
